July 24, 2022: Mark 6:1–6 - “Skepticism and Faith”

The story of Jesus's "homecoming" reveals that familiarity with him can breed skepticism. The problem is, skepticism rots faith, and without faith, it's impossible to receive the ministry of Jesus. We need to heed the warning of this story, guard ourselves from skepticism, and receive Jesus by faith.
