December 4, 2022: Ephesians 2:1–22 - “The Death of Christ Is the Birth of Peace”

The greatest felt need of Western society is our lack of peace. Internally, we feel anxiety; externally, we see strife. But our methods for dealing with this problem aren’t working. The Bible says there is an objective problem beneath our subjective experience: mutual hostility with God and other humans. This is the precise problem Jesus came to solve by his death on the cross.
